Why do you need my email address and telephone number?

We ask for your email and telephone number during the checkout process in order to provide you with updates about your order. These updates may come via email (including your order confirmation and shipment tracking number), or via a phone call from our Customer Service Team.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, including debit or pre-paid cards with a logo from one of these companies.We also accept PayPal payments. 

Can I change or cancel and order that I have already placed

If you do need to change or cancel an order, please let us know within a three hours of having placed the order, as we typically ship out items on the same business day.

 

When does my order get shipped?

All orders are shipped out by the next business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday.

 

Do you make personalized orders?

 At this moment, we are not able to take personalized orders. I know it is a bummer.

 

How much does shipping cost?

All orders being shipped to a US or Canadian address will automatically receive free shipping once the total price of the order is USD $25.00 or more. All other international orders will be charged a shipping fee based on country and shipping cost.You are welcome to request expedited shipping on any order; the price for expedited shipping will be calculated for you at time of checkout.

 

Will I have to pay taxes, duties, or customs fees on my international order?

Customers within the United States do not have to pay any taxes, unless the order is being shipped to Florida, in which case an Ohio sales tax is added to your order at the time of checkout.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be assessed by applicable agencies. All customers are responsible for knowing their country's import policies, and must be aware of any restrictions or prohibited items. Rubyard is not responsible for any items seized by governmental or customs officials.

Our site is highly secure. Our order forms use industry-standard encryption mechanisms, and your credit card information is stored on a separate, highly-secure server. This information is purged, in full compliance of all industry regulations. In short, we make every effort to keep your data safe.

Do you sell customer information to any third-parties?

We sells physical merchandise not customer information. Rubyard will never share your personal information with any third parties, unless necessary for order fulfillment (in which case only your address is forwarded to a warehouse operated by a third party) or instructed to do so by the government or legal entities.
